Think before you remodel...

We encountered a young couple last week that wanted to take a more than evident storage area that was accessible only via a bathroom access panel 2 feet off the ground, and "transform it" into an office. Although we try to accommodate unusual requests, this is one we passed up. No person wants to walk past a toilet and shower stall to meet with you to do business. There are some things that just shouldn't be done.
